[cudazi_quote]I am writing to thank you for giving me the opportunity to have laser surgery instead of the conventional method for my prostate operation. I’m sure it helped to hasten my recovery and to be less painful. L.P.[/cudazi_quote]

[cudazi_quote]Dear Mr Harriss – Duncan, Firstly, let me make it clear that I am not writing to you because things have gone wrong. Quite the opposite at the moment, everything is flowing smoothly and effectively and my life is – carefully – getting back to where it should be. I wanted to write and thank you personally for the very sensitive and caring manner in which you dealt with me. Whilst I was not worried to be under your care, an operation can be quite truamatic but with your gently assurance both XXX and I felt right from the beginning that everything was going to be alright. You explained in clear words what was going to happen, what was happening and what problems might occur on the way and alleviated any worries that there might not be a permanent solution. It is obvious that you work long and hard days, but this was never apparent on your many visits to my bedside. However I was feeling, you confidently predicted that things would get better and that my life would soon return to normality and so it has come to pass (that’s a good phrase). However busy you had been, you still made me feel that I was your only patient and whatever needed doing, even if you were on your way home, was carried out with efficiency and sentively. The staff at The Park were all very caring but I have to mention Farouk especially and if one nurse stood out, this was Kay who was on night duty the evening of my operation. We both had a busy night but she could not have been more tender and considerate under quite stressful circumstances. Farouk, you know well, and he was brilliant, both in the manner he talked to me as well as his physical  contributions to my welfare. I am following you advice, taking things easy and hopefully when I see you again in 5-6 weeks, I will truly be back to normal. Many thanks, R.P.[/cudazi_quote]

[cudazi_quote]Dear Mr Harriss,Regarding my time at the City Urology Centre. I felt as though i could not have been treated any better from the moment i walked in to reception i waited no more than 5 minutes when i was called down to see you personally. After our little conversation i was taken upstairs by the nurse sat in a room for 15 minutes when i was called to get prepared for surgery. At about 9.30am i was ushered into the prep room where i was administered the drug to freeze me from the waist down.At 9.50 i was taken into the operating room where i was greeted by yourself  and one other. I was fascinated to see that i could watch the operation as it progressed,at 1035 the operation had been done and i was moved to a recovery room which i laid there for about an hour until i had some feeling back in my legs. Then i was transferred to a general ward in the main hospital where i stayed there for a 2 day stay having developed a high temperature. When i got home it was three weeks before i stopped passing blood through the urine. Finally my whole experience and pleasure at the results of this laser surgery is—Other patients should have no problems with this type of surgery it is quick, less time consuming, and less bleeding. But the best thing is I SUFFERED ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN. PLEASE CONTINUE WITH THE GOOD WORK YOU DO.[/cudazi_quote]

[cudazi_quote]I had no pain and no bleeding. The laser operation was very straightforward and I can now pass water with a fantastic flow. I would definitely recommend the green light laser prostate surgery to other men.[/cudazi_quote]
